Overview:

Sometimes the constant danger of being in the martial circle can be too much for some people. Are you sick and tired of being bullied by other players? Are you constantly being murdered in the streets, poisoned during your training and poor because you've been mugged so many times? If so, the martial circle isn't the place for you right now. However, you're free to leave the martial circle at any time! Speak to the Sage in Water City to find out more! 

Hint:

The Toturtle quest in Sword Manor may be of use to you during this quest. 

The fisherman in Eastern Dock will only send you to the Sword Manor if you can prove you're a friend of the little girl from the manor, who currently lives in Tree City.
