Go to the Forbidden City and to the character you spoke to, in order to first purchase your house. Ask to visit the Lakeland area and have a look at the various home styles on offer. Purchase your home in the same was as before, this time for a much higher price.

Upgrading

Take the Blueprint to your home and right click it. Choose the upgrading option, and set for your home to be upgraded to AA rank. Before your very eyes, the house will transform into something much larger~! Not only will it have a garden, but it'll be more well built and spacious.

Important

You can only upgrade to an AA house, if you have an A rank house of the same type as the AA house~!

Upgrading to the ultimate AAA Rank

This works in the same way, as above. Only you'll be able to place much more furniture and up to 6 item chests. You can also Hire a Pet Doctor (See the relevant section.) You'll also have a huge, and beautiful home.
